Order Overload: Cafe is a cooperative memory card game where you and your friends are coffee shop workers struggling to keep up with incoming requests. At the start of a round, a set of drink cards are briefly revealed and read aloud, so everyone knows the full list of orders. These cards are then dealt out face down among the players. On your turn, you must accurately call out an order you think is in another player's hand. If you guess right, the order is fulfilled (revealed). If you guess wrong, you're eliminated! To clear the level and keep your jobs, the team needs to collectively fulfill a set number of orders before all players are eliminated.

Delivery:
Orders are usually dispatched the same day when placed before 1:00pm Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Friday (after 1:00pm) or anytime Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Please note: Orders placed just before or during any UK Public Holidays may experience longer shipping times.
UK Free Standard Delivery:
Booghe offers Free UK standard shipping on orders £20 and over. Delivery should normally take 3-4 working days depending on the time you place your order. You will be given an estimated delivery date at the basket page.
UK Express Delivery:
Express delivery is available for £4.99. Delivery should normally take 1-2 working days.

Orders valued under €150 won’t be subject to VAT or duties as part of an agreed scheme between the UK and the EU.
Orders worth over €150 will be taxed at the border and may possibly incur a customs handling fee in the receiving country, these charges will vary from country to country.

Returns:
If you would like to return your order, please contact us via email OR Live chat OR Phone prior to sending your parcel back. Booghe.co.uk accepts returns on all orders, as long as you notify us within 30 days of receipt that you're wanting to return your order. You then have a further 7 days to physically return the products. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered an incorrect item or the item is faulty. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can't be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit. Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and re-saleable. (This does not affect your statutory rights) If items are received back damaged, or missing items we are entitled to make a charge to cover the cost of this, and thus this may affect the amount credited to you.
We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receiving the item back. If we deliver an item in error or a damaged item, we will cover the cost of returning this to us if required. Please note that we will only cover the cost of standard shipping for this. If you do receive a damaged item, please do not dispose of this without prior written confirmation from us as we may require it returned (at our expense).
