Whether you need your item(s) to be delivered as soon as possible, or if you’d prefer to opt for standard shipping if there is no urgency, you’ll be able to choose an applicable method for delivery on checkout – right before you clear payment with us.
Here are our standard postage options you can expect to choose from, and what you can expect from each method after checkout:
Free UK Standard Delivery
This is one of our most popular delivery options – free delivery on all of our products within 2-3 working days, regardless of cost or size. While we do encourage tracking or next-day courier services for more sensitive or expensive items, this postage choice is available to you throughout our catalogue – providing you are happy and willing to offer a valid UK address for shipping, as standard.
This postage standard is carried out by our courier provider, who will deliver within the timescales we advise.
At an additional cost, should you wish to ensure that a particularly sensitive or valuable item arrive with you, we can provide a tracked service that will require your signature upon arrival. This process is quicker than standard delivery, as you can generally expect to receive your item(s) within 1-2 working days – and it is certainly the most advisable option to take if you are ordering items or gifts of a certain value or nature. We will be able to provide you with a tracking code so that you may follow your order online from the moment you complete checkout.

Our Express Delivery service is very popular – as it means you get your goods within an extremely speedy delivery! Priority dispatch is available on all items for a small additional fee, and you can therefore expect to receive goods from us within 1-2 working day (Monday to Friday). This option is the best avenue to take if you are in need of an item for a short-notice gift, for example.
Once again, we partner with different couriers to help dispatch items under this postage bracket.
Problems with Postage?
We aim to ensure that all of our items arrive with you in the condition you expect and within the desired timescale. Whether we dispatch via Royal Mail or alternative courier, we endeavour to dispatch to you under the services you opt for without fail. However, there may be circumstances, rarely, whereby you do not receive such items as you may have reasonably expected.
This means that, if you have not received your items within a certain delay – and we have record of having shipped for delivery at our HQ – you may need to consult either Royal Mail or our couriers to process a claim. We will liaise with you and our couriers as far as we possibly can.
