Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable
Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please choose carefully before purchasing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Pokémon Collectible Cards – Purchase Limit
Due to exceptionally high demand, Pokémon collectible card purchases are limited to one per customer to ensure fair access for everyone.

2. Booghe Loyalty Rewards Programme
These terms govern participation in the Booghe Loyalty Rewards Programme. By participating, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Additional terms may apply for specific promotions, contests, or in-store offers.
Eligibility & Membership
- Must be a UK resident and at least 16 years old.
- One account per individual.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date; Booghe will not be liable for the loss of benefits due to inaccurate information.
- A valid, unique email address is required to manage your rewards account via the app. If you share an email, only one user can manage the account online.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your app, account, and password. Booghe will not be liable for any losses due to failure to protect your account details.
- Your rewards account is personal and cannot be transferred, shared, sold, or exchanged.
Membership Conditions
- You may cancel your membership at any time; accumulated rewards will be forfeited upon cancellation.
- Booghe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at its discretion.
- Only the digital app is valid for in-store purchases; printed versions of your barcode or card will not be accepted.
- Booghe may cancel, suspend, or terminate your membership if it believes there has been abuse, attempted abuse, violations of these terms, or misconduct, including theft, inappropriate behaviour, or providing false information.
Programme Changes
Booghe reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Rewards Programme at any time. We may update these terms periodically, for example, to introduce new features. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Whenever possible, we will notify you in advance of significant changes.
