Booghe Loyalty Rewards Programme
Our loyalty rewards programme gives our customers a generous 5% cashback.
Every time you spend, simply use the Booghe App, and you will automatically be rewarded.
You can track your transactions through the app and watch your rewards grow.
- Rewards are not redeemable on your first purchase.
- Rewards can be redeemed in any amount. For example, if you have £8 in rewards, you can choose to redeem the full £8, leaving a balance of £0. If you have £17 in rewards, you could redeem any amount up to £17, with any remaining balance carried over for future use.
- Refunds: If rewards are used against a transaction that is accepted for return in-store, the rewards used for that transaction will be credited back to your loyalty app account. Cash refunds will only apply to the amount paid after the use of rewards.
Additional Terms to Consider:
- Expiry of Rewards: Rewards will expire if not used within 12 months from the date they were earned. Unused rewards cannot be reinstated once expired.
- Exclusions: Loyalty points cannot be collected on purchases of Video Games, Nintendo Switches, Consoles, Collectibles, and Trading Cards. We appreciate your understanding.
- Non-Transferable: Rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
- No Cash Alternative: Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given when redeeming rewards.
- Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the loyalty rewards programme may result in the suspension or termination of your account, and forfeiture of any accrued rewards.
