Iki is set during the Edo period in Japan (1603-1868). Edo was the name of Tokyo during that period. In the Nihonbashi are was located the most animated market of the city. Along the main street of Nihonbashi, many storekeepers of various activities installed their shops and invited customers to do business. Close to the main street, living in houses called Nagayas, craftsmen and merchants with various skills helped support the common people of Edo: lantern makers, woodblock printers, street merchants, tempura sellers, geishas... Live an entire year in Edo and try to become the best Edokko, the 'child of Edo', by watching over the well-being and the prosperity of Edo and its citizens. Hire characters with various skills, make them work in the main street of Nihonbashi. Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

Orders are usually dispatched the same day when placed before 1:00pm Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Friday (after 1:00pm) or anytime Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Please note: Orders placed just before or during any UK Public Holidays may experience longer shipping times.

UK Free Standard Delivery:

Booghe offers Free UK standard shipping on orders £20 and over. Delivery should normally take 3-4 working days depending on the time you place your order. You will be given an estimated delivery date at the basket page.

UK Express Delivery:

Express delivery is available for £4.99. Delivery should normally take 1-2 working days.

Returns:

If you would like to return your order, please contact us via email OR Live chat OR Phone prior to sending your parcel back. Booghe.co.uk accepts returns on all orders, as long as you notify us within 30 days of receipt that you're wanting to return your order. You then have a further 7 days to physically return the products. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered an incorrect item or the item is faulty. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can't be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit. Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and re-saleable. (This does not affect your statutory rights) If items are received back damaged, or missing items we are entitled to make a charge to cover the cost of this, and thus this may affect the amount credited to you.

We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receiving the item back. If we deliver an item in error or a damaged item, we will cover the cost of returning this to us if required. Please note that we will only cover the cost of standard shipping for this. If you do receive a damaged item, please do not dispose of this without prior written confirmation from us as we may require it returned (at our expense).
